Great lookin and feel great in my hand. Although it has a pretty smooth surface that tends to slide off my leg or between the cushions onto the floor, it's built we'll and barely has a scratch on it still. I probably dropped it like 20 times and not once after the first time it happened, have I worried about it breaking. Thanks for making these. For sure going to purchase at least one more or maybe more.

After months of trying to decide on a case I wanted, I finally found the case that is both unique and durable.
I've dropped my phone a couple of times with the wood case and absolutely no damage was done. The wooden back is sturdy and the plastic side bumpers hold up as well.
It's a beautiful case and I've gotten many compliments about it.
A quick follow up to the above review. It's been about a month since I have had the case. No dings, fading or cracking. It's holding up amazingly!

Aesthetically - a little to be desired	May 6, 2013

Was really looking forward to this product. The sides are already wearing out a little and i didn't realize at time of purchase that sides of phone were plastic not wooden.

Product does fit nicely and protects the phone. The functionality is great however its not quite the "look" that i was hoping for.

I got the Walnut iPhone 4S case and it is gorgeous! I've been using it for about two weeks now and so far so good! I love wood and i've used a lot of wood cases/skins and this Recover case has to be the best i've ever tried. Let's just see how well it lasts, but so far i'm loving it!

I am so impressed with this case! Unlike other wooden cases, the Recover case is built around a plastic frame that ensures that the case fits like a glove.

It is also more resistant than other wood cases I have seen. I dropped my phone from my back pocket and both phone and case survived with no scratches!

I also love my walnut case and the craftsmanship displayed by the smooth edges is incredible. I could not be more happy with my purchase!

(Also, amazing customer service. I totally ordered the wrong thing and got an email back first thing the next day)
